Glen,
What your team has done does matter. If only 1 more person in each stop you made is aware of ALS, that is 26 more than before. Your team has given hope to many ALS patients that there is work being done to find a cure. The goal of $1.5 million may not have been reached but you have inspired others to fundraise which will eventually help in reaching the $1.5. I look forward to working with Lisa when she gets settled in Calgary for her short stay in planning a fundraiser that will blow the roof off the venue! If you or any one reading this is interested in pictures from your Airdrie stop, you can view them at www.destinationcycles.com/events.htm
I look forward to the day we meet again!

Always,
Tony Gize

Congratulations Glen, Jeannie, Aaron, Megan, Drew, Robin, and Lisa. You have accomplished something quite extraordinary, and I can't wait to see the next step - what I'm sure will be a fascinating and moving film.

Sorry I missed you in Hali. I hit the waterfront a bit too late, I think. I got to see a very tired Aaron Beckum in TO this week, however. I hope you'll give the poor guy a nap or something before you start cutting.

Once again, congratulations to all of you, and knock them dead at Cannes.

Glen and Jeannie,
Many thanks and our sincere congratulations on a long and arduous journey during which you have clearly touched a large number of spirits. Awareness of ALS is the critical challenge and your efforts have raised that awareness level in many communities across Canada. For that you are to be thanked and congratulated.
Best regards,
David Cameron

Jeannie and Crew,
Thank YOU for your dedication to raising awareness about this disease. The Ride Across Canada Team is truly inspirational! I look forward to future ALS fund raisers with you. As you get back into the swing of things and you go from a high to a regular life again, remember to take time to smell the flowers.

Thanks again and God Bless!

To say congratulations to you and your crew seems to be a gross injustice. Meeting all of you here in Newfoundland ,through Don Penney, seem like yesterday. That night at St. Peters parish in Mt. Pearl and at the send off from Mile one gave us a great sense of what you were about to undertake. My wife Arlene and our children Spence, maria and myself have followed your trek with great interest and admiration.
I am grateful for being asked by Don to get involved and feel grateful for having me all of you.

God Bless

PS. let me know where to send the pictures I took at your send off.

Thanks Jeannie and team for your visit to Cranbrook. Happy to hear you enjoyed the curling experience.
Enjoyed your comments abut your visit with Reuben and I know you made his day with the drive around the mall.
Please know that we sincerely appreciate all you have done and are doing to bring awareness to ALS. Wish we could have done more in Cranbrook.
Blessings in Friendships

Thanks for the kind words! I do want to shift the attention to the ALS Across Canada Team. Without your passion and devotion to this cause, I would never have met or been motivated by such a wonderful team of people. I also think it is important to inform the public that all 7 of the team members are doing this journey without pay or any source of income for 8 weeks and sacrificing their home life with their family. This takes guts and a large credit line.
I look forward to meeting again somewhere, sometime, somehow at the end of the rainbow.
God Bless you all

I have been following your journey with great interest. I am pleased to see the progress you have made in becoming truly aware of what it means to live with ALS. My husband, Les, has ALS and we talk often about what it means. People see my husband as the man before the disease that they could talk with and work or party with, etc. or they see a dying man - no in between. Very few people see him as a man going through the journey of life. He is still a warm and giving person, he still likes to live 'in the moment'. He is Les not ALS. I can only hope that more people reach this type of understanding (not just for ALS people either).
